The Ancient Goddesse's

In yogic philosophy, there are many goddesses, each time we come to circle we will connect with one of these powerful goddesses that embody Shakti. This dynamic, creative, and transformative energy of the universe, balancing the stable masculine force of Shiva.
These deities represent diverse aspects of divine power—including wisdom, strength, and abundance—and serve as archetypes for internal cultivation through mantra, meditation, and yoga practice.
Key Goddesses in Yogic Tradition:
-
Kali: Represents the transformative power of time, change, and destruction of the ego.
-
Saraswati: Embodies wisdom, creativity, knowledge, and speech.
-
Lakshmi: Represents abundance, beauty, grace, and auspiciousness.
-
Durga: Symbolizes strength, protection, and the warrior spirit that overcomes obstacles.
-
Lalita/Tripurasundari: Often represents the playful, creative, and supreme conscious energy.
