Class Cancellations
Please make sure if you are unable to
attend your class, to cancel your yoga
class 3 hrs before the start of class.
If you cancel after this window or are a
no show the class will be deducted as if
you had attended.
But if I can replace with someone on a
waitlist, I will move payment onto the
next class.

I have a beautiful Yoga studio in Lovely Dawesville which holds about 10 students.
I teach beginners or intermediate Yoga with options for both.
We have many props including bolsters, blankets and mats.
But you are more than welcome to bring your own props.
My Yoga is about self care and self love to our bodies.
Yoga teaches self acceptance in every way.
Yoga says not only to accept it but embrace it.
You will learn to appreciate your body for the incredible things that it does for you.
Your body is the only temple you are given to live in during this lifetime.
For your own health and wellbeing please bring your own mat. Also a Sarong/ towel to place over any props Bolsters/ blocks.
Please also bring a blanket or eye pillow for your own comfort if required
