Pranayama

Silent Bush Walks & Earthing

Mindfulness and Nature Immersion: Allow the body to connect with the 5 elements of earth.

Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Space

They are alive as vibratory fields within every layer of our being.

We will walk barefoot and come to sit on the ground or a fallen log and listen to natures whispers. Choose our own tree.

These Nourishing Silent walks barefoot will encourage a mindful approach to nature, focusing on the present moment and the sensory experiences of the environment.

We naturally begin to deeply appreciate & reconnect to the land, nature & ourselves.

Garden High Tea

One afternoon we will have a Garden High Tea  for us all to come together for a lovely afternoon chat.

Time for questions about yoga, wellness, foods, health anything we need to chat about with like minded souls.

     Connection

  • High tea provides an opportunity to gather with others and enjoy leisurely conversation in a relaxed atmosphere as we listen mindfully to our friend.

  • Relaxation:

The combination of a beautiful garden setting, delicious cakes, and refreshing herbal tea can create a calming and enjoyable experience.

  • Love & Kindness. And how we are living the best life we possibly can.
