Discover the power of grounding to find Lightness and lift. Root to Rise is a mindful yoga workshop designed to explore balance—on and off the mat. Through a combination of 6 standing, core and arm balance poses, you’ll learn how stability begins from within.

We’ll focus on:

  • Building strong foundations through mindful alignment and breath

  • Developing steadiness and focus with balance postures

  • Cultivating inner calm even when things feel shaky

  • Connecting the energy of rooting down to the freedom of rising up

 This workshop welcomes intermediate to advanced yogis, whether you’re just beginning to explore your balance or looking to refine your practice

Learn to move from your center and return to your breath. Through poses like Crow, Half Moon, and Shoulder Stand, we reconnect to the calm core that supports all movement and clarity.

Experience how mindful breathing enhances physical balance. This workshop blends breathwork with challenging postures to teach the art of staying grounded even in moments of intensity.

4. “Courage to Explore”

 Play with possibility.
Balance is not about perfection—it’s about exploration. Learn to embrace wobbling, trying, falling, and rising again through dynamic postures like Flip the Dog, Bakasana, and Bird of Paradise.

5. “Strength + Softness”

Powerful shapes held with ease.
This workshop blends strength-building arm balances with open curiosity and then create a practice that feels both empowering and spacious.

6. “The Art of Transition”

Balance is found between movements. Bird of Paradise
Perfect for yogis ready to refine their flow. We’ll explore smooth, intentional transitions and the balance required to shift gracefully between postures and states of mind.

7. “Elevate Your Practice”

Go beyond the basics.
Step into a deeper exploration of advanced balance poses. With supportive instruction and clear progressions, you'll lift your practice to new heights—literally.

8. “Grounded Freedom”

Stability creates space for expansion.
