Sacred Sadhana is a gentle yet powerful 5-week journey into meditation and daily devotion.

This beautiful Course is designed for beginners, for those seeking to deepen their spiritual practice, or returning to a morning invocation, this course offers simple, accessible practices that will cultivate presence, clarity, and inner connection.

Through daily meditation and reflections, you’ll learn how to create Bhava in your sacred space, and in your everyday life—transforming meditation from something you do into something you live.

This is not about perfection or performance.

As we make the unreal real, the sacred tone of devotion, stillness or the longing that infuses the breath, the mantra, the moment.

It is about showing up, day by day, and returning to what is essential in your sacred space.

What Is Sadhana?

​Sadhana is a Sanskrit word meaning a devoted daily spiritual program, with 5 weeks to practice with sincerity and devotion. In this course, sadhana becomes a living ritual—one that supports stillness, awareness, and inner listening.

We journey through Bhava, hatha, pranayama, mantra, Japa mala, open awareness and puja.

  • 1st Week  ~  Sat 10 till 2pm with Lunch

  • 2nd -5th week ~1.5 hr weekly class

  • 4 x weeks ~ 10-11.30am

  • Daily: Guided Practice & Teachings

  • At Home Work~ Complete your daily Sacred Sadhana Course Sheet.

  • Level: Beginner-friendly, open to all

  • Each week builds gently upon the last, allowing your practice to unfold naturally and organically.

Course Structure & Time Commitment
  • Week One: Foundation Intensive (4 hours)
    A deep and supportive immersion where we lay the groundwork for your daily practice.

  • You’ll learn the essentials of meditation, devotional intention, posture, breath, and how to establish a sustainable daily sadhana.

  • ​

  • Weeks Two–Five: Ongoing Practice & Support (1.5 hour per week)
    Weekly sessions with me to refine your practice, deepen awareness, and receive guidance, reflection, and integration as your daily devotion unfolds.

  • Daily Practice: Short, intentional meditations designed to fit naturally into your life.
